TERMS OF SERVICE

Notice!!!
A copy of the Terms of Service agreement will be sent via email and must be reviewed and acknowledged by the Client prior to the start of any work. Submission of payment will serve as confirmation of agreement to these terms.
1. Payment
1.1 All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
1.2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and prior to final delivery.
1.3 Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Ko-fi.
2. Turnaround Time
2.1 The standard turnaround time is up to three (3) weeks from receipt of the initial deposit.
2.2 In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified promptly with a revised delivery estimate.
3. Revisions
3.1 The Client may request up to two (2) revisions during the sketch phase at no additional charge.
3.2 Revisions beyond this or those requested after final approval may incur additional fees.
3.3 Major changes requested after rendering has begun may require renegotiation of fees and timeline.
4. Usage Rights
4.1 Commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the artwork is prohibited without a separate licensing agreement.
4.3 The Client may not use the artwork in connection with NFTs, AI training, or similar technologies.
4.4 The Artist retains all rights to the artwork and may display it in portfolios, galleries, or promotional materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in advance.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 A full refund will only be issued if no work has been started.
5.2 If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
5.3 In the event the Artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be provided.
5.4 No refunds will be issued after final delivery of the completed work.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The Client must provide clear instructions and timely responses to ensure progress.
6.2 Failure to communicate within a reasonable timeframe may result in project delays or cancellation.
7. Right to Refuse
7.1 The Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission at their discretion, including due to subject matter, behavior, or scheduling conflicts.
7.2 If canceled before any work begins, any payment received will be refunded in full.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 The Artist agrees not to share or disclose any sensitive or identifying information provided by the Client without explicit permission.
8.2 This includes reference materials and personal data.
9. Delivery
9.1 Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format (e.g., PNG) via the method agreed upon (e.g., email, Google Drive).
9.2 The commission is considered complete upon final file delivery.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
10.2 If the Client terminates after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work completed.
10.3 If the Artist terminates the project, the Client will receive a full refund.
